Mustard Greens are the leaf of the mustard plant and have a fragrant, peppery flavour similar to horseradish when eaten fresh (though not so spicy!). Once cooked, the pepperiness is much less pronounced. This mix has three types of Mustard Greens: Southern Giant Curl, Red Giant and Golden Frill. They are delicious in a miso soup or eaten raw in a voluptuous salad with a tahini and yogurt dressing.
