Red Stemmed Silverbeet - bunch
Silverbeet is one of our all time favourite greens with its lovely, robust, full, green flavour. Offering a great array of colour (even when cooked!), the stems are edible, as well as the leaf. Silverbeet is delicious cooked slowly with onions, olive oil and salt. We also enjoy it with steamed potatoes, parsley, and lemon zest as a side dish with fish.
